In today’s episode Jaime talks with her client Eduardo Gil, a Global Brand Manager who came to Jaime looking for leadership guidance and a way to connect more deeply with his work. In their very first discovery call, Jaime noticed that what seemed to hold Eduardo back was fear.

Since identifying that one emotion, Eduardo learned tools through his coaching journey that helped him live alongside fear, and other emotions, without reacting or letting them control him. This work helped him as a leader and collaborator in his company.

Eduardo describes himself as: “an advocate of positive thinking, a creative and energetic team player and a self-motivated, action-oriented person,” all of the traits that Jaime believes help her clients go further faster in their work with her.

If emotions are standing in the way of you having success as a leader motivating teams, take a listen.
